Terms and Conditions

Welcome to GREEN TOUCH TRADING LLC. These Terms and Conditions are created to maintain transparency and build trust between us and our clients. By confirming an order or using our services, you agree to the terms mentioned below.

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions:

“Client”, “You”, or “Your” means any individual or company purchasing products or services from GREEN TOUCH TRADING LLC.

“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to GREEN TOUCH TRADING LLC, including our team members, installers, contractors, and authorized representatives.

2. Our Services

We specialize in:

• Artificial Grass Supply & Installation
• Interior Works including flooring, wall décor, fit-out solutions, and related services

All services are carried out based on site inspection, availability of materials, and final written quotation approval.

3. Quotations & Order Confirmation

• Quotations remain valid for 7 days, unless mentioned otherwise.
• Prices may change if material costs increase or project requirements change.

Orders are confirmed only after:

• Written approval from the client
• Receipt of agreed advance payment

4. Payment Terms

• A minimum advance payment is required to begin any project.
• Remaining payment must be completed upon project completion or as agreed in writing.
• All prices are mentioned in AED, unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are non-refundable once work is completed or materials are custom prepared.

5. Delivery & Installation

We always try to complete projects within the promised timeline. However, delays may occur due to:

• Site readiness issues
• Weather conditions
• Material supply delays
• Unexpected site challenges

Clients are requested to ensure the site is ready and accessible before installation begins. Any delay caused from the client’s side may lead to rescheduling charges.

6. Returns & Cancellation Policy

Artificial grass products can be returned only:

• Before installation
• Within 7 days of delivery
• In unused and original condition

Custom-cut materials and installed products cannot be returned or refunded.

If a project is cancelled after work has started, charges will apply based on completed work and materials used.

7. Ownership & Risk Transfer

• All supplied materials remain the property of GREEN TOUCH TRADING LLC until full payment is received.
• Responsibility for materials transfers to the client after delivery or installation completion.

8. Warranty

Where applicable:

• Artificial grass warranty covers only manufacturing defects.

Warranty does not cover:

• Improper maintenance
• Heavy load damage
• Fire, chemicals, or accidents
• Natural wear and tear

Interior works warranty does not cover normal ageing or damage caused by third-party alterations.

9. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth project completion, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurements and site details
• Obtaining approvals from building management or authorities (if required)
• Ensuring site readiness, electricity, and water access
• Protecting completed work after handover

10. Limitation of Liability

While we maintain high quality standards:

• Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to manufacturing or lighting conditions.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors beyond our control.
• Our maximum liability is limited to the total project contract value.

11. Product & Sample Representation

Product images, samples, and descriptions are provided for reference only. Final installed materials may slightly vary due to production processes and environmental lighting.

12. Website Usage

Our website is created to provide general information about our services. While we aim for accuracy and smooth performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free website functionality on all devices.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any dispute will be handled under UAE court jurisdiction.
